Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination and are shown at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers):
In accordance with EU consumer law, customers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.
This right does not apply to sealed food products once they have been opened or unsealed, due to hygiene and food safety regulations.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
If the claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with EU consumer rights.
Cancellation:
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Refunds:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or confirming eligibility for a refund.
