Yes. All Hillborn spices are estate-grown or directly sourced from trusted growers in and around the Idukki hills. No blending. No middlemen.

We pack in small batches to preserve aroma and freshness. If a product is unavailable, it means the current batch has sold out. Fresh stock follows soon.

No. Only items currently available for immediate dispatch can be ordered. This ensures quality control and fast fulfilment.

Shipping & Delivery

Returns & Quality Assurance

Unopened, unused products can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in original condition and packaging.

If you’re unhappy with quality or notice an issue, contact us—even beyond 30 days. We take responsibility for what we ship.

Missing deliveries must be reported within 30 days of order placement so we can initiate a resolution with the courier.

Payments

We support secure online payments including PayPal and Klarna, depending on your region.

Invoices are emailed automatically after dispatch. If Klarna is used, the invoice comes directly from them.

Ensure your card supports international transactions. If the issue persists, contact your bank or reach out to us for assistance.

Changes & Cancellations

Contact us immediately. Orders are processed quickly to maintain freshness, so cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

No changes can be made to an existing order. You may place a new order and contact us—we’ll review shipping adjustments where possible.

Address changes are possible only before order processing. Reach out as soon as possible after placing your order.
